Homes for the people who will live in them for the next forty years.
Luxury you can live in. Built the right way.

What we do
Birch Residential builds new homes, renovations, knockdown rebuilds and pools across Sydney. The same person runs all four from the first sketch to handover, so there is never a question about who is responsible for what.

Featured work
Eight completed homes across Sydney’s Hills district, Ryde and the inner west — acreage houses, duplexes and knockdown rebuilds. Every one is finished and photographed, not a render.
Credentials
There are no awards on this site, because there are none to show. What is here instead is the paperwork — and every line of it can be verified without asking us.
Checkable on the NSW Fair Trading register in about a minute.
Cover arranged through icare NSW, issued per job before work starts.
Both bodies publish searchable member directories.
More than eighty projects across Sydney. Eight are documented here.
Where we build
The Hills district and Ryde are home ground — that is where most of the work since 2011 sits. Brad also takes projects through the Hawkesbury and the inner west, and has built in most parts of Sydney.
Annangrove, Bella Vista, North Kellyville and the acreage belt north-west of Sydney.

View →Common questions
No honest builder gives you a number before seeing the block and the brief. What drives it is the site — fall, access, rock, services — then the size and shape of the house, the structure, and the level of finish.
Lump sum. One inclusive figure agreed before construction starts, so the number you sign is the number you plan around. If something genuinely changes you hear it from Brad before it happens, not in an invoice afterwards.
One person, from the first sketch to the day you get the keys. You are not handed between a salesperson, an estimator and a site supervisor.
Yes. NSW Builder Licence 274764C, with Home Building Compensation Fund cover arranged through icare NSW. You can check any NSW licence yourself on the Fair Trading register in about a minute, and you should do it for every builder you talk to.
